where my story began…

I grew up feeling like there was always something more. I craved deeper relationships, greater purpose, and more passion in my life. As I got older, I began to realize that I was the only one who could grant me the permission to discover who I was, what I wanted out of life, and how I chose to show up.

It started with yoga. Through the teachings, I started learning about Ayurveda, the chakras, guided meditation, manifestation, and most importantly embodying these practices into my daily life.

I started to seek more guidance within the spiritual community. It was all fun, new and interesting to me until I realized how women just like me also need guidance on their own spiritual journey. In 2022 I enrolled in the Dharma Coaching Institute to become a Certified Spiritual Life Coach.

LIFE TODAY

& now here we are…

Today, I’m committed to helping other women achieve that same feeling of fulfillment, purpose, and passion for life. I work with women from all walks of life, helping them implement spiritual practices that guide them to find their identity, encourage them to grow, and cultivate deep, meaningful relationships with themselves and those around them.

I created That Spiritual Cowgirl for women, just like me, who crave a deep, soul-quenching existence. Thanks for following along, angel! I can’t wait to connect with you.
