FAQs
  • Many people confuse therapy and coaching, but the two are very different in their focus and approach… In traditional therapy, a client will explore and analyze their past to reveal patterns and unearth the reasons behind certain feelings, motivations and actions in their life.

While Life Coaches work with clients to craft the life that they want, despite anything and everything that has happened in the past. A spiritual life coach, specifically, will help people to use aspects of spirituality paired with tried-and-true coaching techniques to transform their current situation into their ideal situation. They are a guide, asking deep reflective questions to help you go within yourself to find solutions, since you already have all the answers you need to know inside of you.

  • First, schedule a free complimentary coaching session with me so you can get a taste of what it’s all about and we can see if we’re an energetic match to work together.

After the free coaching session, you can either choose to join The Growth Project, which is a three month coaching program specializing in growth of all areas of your life, or you can schedule 1:1 coaching calls as we go.

I recommend if you fully want to take advantage of what spiritual life coaching can do for you and get the best bang for your buck, sign up for our waitlist until The Growth Project starts again. We work through discovering your identity, deconditioning of your subconscious patterns, and going deep into your soul. This process should never be rushed, as your healing takes time, growth takes patience.

We hear this all the time but success doesn’t happen overnight and consistency throughout this process will reward you more than you can comprehend in this moment so scheduling 1:1 sessions here and there will not get you the success that you are looking for.

  • Every coaching session looks and feels different.

We start by getting to know each other, sharing your story, and addressing what is coming up for you at this moment. I utilize a variety of tools and resources like walking you through guided meditations / visualizations, journaling exercises, intuitive card readings, chakra activating, etc.

Alongside deep diving into your identity through discovering your dharma archetypes, human design, learning about your dosha cycle though your mind-body type, and more tools and resources I learned to apply in my life and countless others through The Dharma Coaching Institute and my Vinyasa Yoga Teaching Certification.

  • The Growth Project comes in seasons. It is not an evergoing project that you can just start whenever.

There’s a method to The Growth Project: It’s limited to 10 people who are serious about growth and show that they desire to be impacted in big ways. They are ready for this season, willing to show up, especially when life gets tough, to dig deep and decide to be dedicated towards their highest evolvement for their greater good.

The best part about it is that you get to experience a close knit like-minded community of other women who are running in the same direction towards living their dream life. This is very intentional work, nobody is here by mistake. If the enrollment period is currently closed and you want to be a part of it, join our waitlist until it restarts.

  • My approach is inclusive and individualized to support my students: all ages, sizes, genders, and physical conditions.

I emphasize self-acceptance and grace while teaching my students how to modify at any given moment so they can work around limitations to meet their own needs. Everyone is encouraged to start where they are and work at their own pace.

We all want to feel better inside and out, so I make sure my classes feel like a safe place for you to explore and discover the beauty of your mind and body.

We don’t do yoga because we are flexible, we gain flexibility as a result of practicing yoga naturally. So, start where you are, no judgment.

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable and feels good for you. For yoga, tops should be snug enough to prevent them from falling over your head during inverted poses. I personally prefer leggings/biker shorts for bottoms, but whatever you feel comfortable in is most important.

I also suggest bringing your mat, a block, strap, journal, crystals/sage, and a blanket. Whatever is a necessity for you, you’ll find what works best for you.
