MY YOGA JOURNEY
My love for yoga began years ago when I was a collegiate soccer player. I was stiff, sore, and not as flexible as I wanted to be, so I began taking yoga classes periodically to challenge my body in a new way. Over time, I began to notice changes in my body, my mobility, and also in my mindset.
I loved the way yoga made me feel, mentally and physically, and I wanted to share that love with the people around me. In 2019 I took the leap to become a certified yoga teacher, and I havenβt looked back since.

My yoga style is fluid and dynamic with a focus on meditation, breathwork, and mind-body connection.
WHEN APPROACHED WITH INTENTION AND MINDFULNESS, THIS PRACTICE HAS THE POWER TO TRANSFORM BEYOND THE PHYSICAL SURFACE LEVEL.
My intention in every session is to guide you to a place of awareness, abundance and expansion that lingers long after you step off the mat.
